This notice describes the current static website and enquiry form. It should be reviewed if analytics, advertising pixels, online payment or new contact services are added.
Information collected
When a parent or guardian submits the trial class form, the website may collect the parent name, student grade, program interest, email address, optional phone number, optional student first name, contact preference, preferred timing, referral source and learning information entered in the message field.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to the enquiry, understand the student's needs, suggest an age-appropriate first class, arrange trial details and maintain enrolment-related communication.
Form processing service
This site is prepared for hosting on Netlify. When Netlify Forms is enabled, form submissions are processed and stored through the site owner's Netlify account. The site owner controls account access, notifications and deletion of submissions.
Campaign and website tracking
The form can record campaign parameters such as referral source, campaign name, medium and landing page. These values help identify which flyers, door hangers or website links generated an enquiry. The current package does not include third-party advertising pixels or behavioural analytics by default.
Retention and access
Enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, arrange services, maintain necessary business records or support a continuing relationship. Access should be limited to people who need the information for those purposes.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted through an enquiry, email ucburlington@ultimatecoders.ca. Include the parent or guardian name used in the original request and the action requested.
Children's information
The form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. Students should not independently submit personal information.
